BOOKING CONDITIONS
The Party Leader signing the Booking Form declares himself/herself responsible for all members of the party.
Only those persons listed on the Booking Form are entitled to occupy the holiday accommodation.
No contract exists between us and our customers until the Booking Form and deposit have been received and confirmed by us.  This then indicates the customer accepts the booking conditions.
Deposits are non-returnable in the event of cancellation.
The balance of hire money due is payable not later than 2 months before commencement of holiday for Domaine de Kerlann and 5 weeks for Rockley Park.
Written notice of cancellation of holiday must be received by us at least 2 months prior to holiday date, and 5 weeks for Rockley Park.  Should this not be received, we reserve the right to cancel the holiday.  The holiday could be re-booked or if we are unable to re-book your holiday, the full balance outstanding will be required.
Personal insurance including cancellation cover must be taken out.
The customer accepts that we will not be held responsible for any accident or injury to any member of the party, neither for loss or damage to the customers belongings or vehicles nor for any default by the site owners.
The customer agrees to abide by the Rules of the campsite. If any member of the party becomes a nuisance, they could be asked to leave and their holiday will be terminated.
The Holiday Homes are available for occupation from 16.00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 on the day of departure.
The client undertakes to leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and to replace any breakage and report any damage which occurs. The customer is responsible for the cost of repair or replacement.
The damage waiver deposit will be refunded once your accommodation has been checked and found to be in a satisfactory condition.
In addition to letting out our own mobile homes, we also act as booking agents for other owners. We endeavour to provide an accurate description of the accommodation provided and ask the owners to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and decoration, but as booking agents only, this is not always within our control and we cannot therefore be held responsible if these standards are not met.
Any problems or complaints regarding the accommodation must be reported immediately to ourselves.  Failure to do so absolves us of all responsibility.
All money paid by the customer will be refunded to him if the holiday arrangements are cancelled by us and terminates our liability.
We act as agents for Brittany Ferries.  Please note that Brittany Ferries are only responsible for their ferry services within the terms of the ferry tickets.  We generally, as Package Organiser, are responsible for all aspects of your holiday booking.                           
 Ferry bookings that are altered may incur an administration charge.
